• Copy of passports
• Copy of recent utility bill
• 6 months bank statements
• Proof of any payments already paid
• Signed copy of purchase contract
• If employed - 2 P60s + 3 months payslips + a letter from your employer
• If self-employed - 3 years tax returns + letter from Accountant
• Completed bank application forms

Other documents are required which are obtained from the agents selling the property.
